Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week, & work every 3rd Sunday Total = 41.6 hours average per week

THE ROLE:

To provide friendly, expert advice to our customers in their purchases of PowerWear and PowerParts, (clothing, accessories & parts), whilst ensuring top-class customer satisfaction. Work closely with the department’s Assistant Manager

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English, and clear DBS check

  • Computer literacy, numeracy and accuracy essential, with meticulous attention to detail

  • An excellent communicator with a good command of verbal and written English

  • Previous customer-facing clothing or parts retail sales experience an advantage

  • The ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service by exceeding customer expectations and offering them a highly enjoyable buying experience

  • A professional approach, with a friendly, outgoing, sociable and approachable manner, and the ability to quickly build rapport

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, efficient, target-driven and ambitious

  • Determination, flexibility, energy and enthusiasm to be a highly successful team player
